Ecchi Sketch Crowdfunding Campaign

Another crowdfunding campaign for another interesting sounding game courtesy of New West Games. Oh and again, the few who were irked over that “person” in Sweet Volley High do not worry, most of the major players in this title are ladies. One or two guys in the background but the love interests all be ladies. Anyway this is Ecchi Sketch: Draw Cute Girls Every Day.

Plot Summary:

Ecchi Sketch: Draw Cute Girls Every Day! is the fourth game by NewWestGames, and their second adult title. The game is currently scheduled for release at the start of March, 2017. The game features partial voice acting from a talented cast, and over 20 unique CGs.

Ecchi Sketch is a visual novel, with choices throughout and 3 separate endings. Ecchi Sketch follows the story of Yume Akiyama, a girl in her mid twenties who works at a real ‘dead-end’ job – at a funeral company. Her real passion, however, is anything girl x girl – manga, anime, videogames; if it has cute girls romancing other cute girls, then she’s a fan.

A talented amateur artist, Yume is suddenly given the opportunity of a lifetime – to be a mangaka at a manga studio! But with so many other attractive girls at the office… will she be able to concentrate?

The crowdfunding exists to improve the experience by adding more content for all the love interests’ routes and even include some Live 2D motion for the characters. The interested can learn more and support the campaign by going HERE. WARNING! NSFW content ahead.

  2. I got to be brutally honest with you. I usually do not have faith for Western devs on how they handle yuri in their VNs (i.e. Ladykiller and SVH). I wish they could have used SVH’s art style because this one looks as if this is salt in the wound after the previous game’s fiasco. They have to do a lot more than just doing damage control.

I also felt that art is not as refined as most yuri VNs I’ve been playing but what intrigued me was the promise of voice acting, which had been 100% absent in every single western yuri VNs I’ve come across so far.
